Of note is the partial rebate when entering the zone from the tolled Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, Queens-Midtown Tunnel, or Hugh L. Carey Tunnel so I will be avoiding the GWB or RFK into Manhattan after this goes into effect.
