If you look via multi city on Google flights, you will see options PTP to FDF on Air France of Air Caraibes, and then onward on Air Canada for the next leg - but you will have to book as separate tickets. I do not know the interline agreements between the airlines which would impact your ability to ticket as one. I do not believe Google flights will combine two separate fares on two separate airlines for you. I believe other sites, like Kiwi.com, will- though it doesn't appear that this particular combo shows.

(You also could take a flight to Port Au Prince on Monday, and then get to Fort Lauderdale on Spirit)
