generally find that outbound at Heathrow it’s usually ok, inbound when being collected it can be patchy.

You will get the service at a functional level, but there may be some hanging around. Passengers travelling with you may not be allowed in the buggy if you use that (more likely to be a wheelchair through flight connections from DUB I should think). They will take you to and collect you from a lounge.

On the return from the US you may find you need to wait while other booked passengers fill up the buggy which is often quite packed.

I wouldn’t be over anxious. My experience (or rather my wife’s) is generally that it’s helpful rather than something to worry about.
