I applied 2 NUAs to an upcoming two night reservation. Now when I go in to see if any additional options have been made available for upgrade, my original choice is gone. I got a pop up message saying available options have changed.

As expected, it was rejected on my day of arrival. Interestingly enough, I checked on alternatives after the initial day 3 rejection and there were none. Just a blank page.
The property did give us an upgrade, without asking, to a Grand Deluxe, which I think is a pretty standard room but on the top floor. Really can’t complain. The property is beautiful.
