Thank you for everybody input! I just wish BA would have a better system for complaints. With most airlines this is often looked upon within a week. It is not a good performance of them to take so much time to review complaints. In my case, the average resolution time is about 10 weeks when the claim is above £500. I understand they might be under water but they should 100% recruit more in this department or automate more (for example 2/3hr+ delays as long as not external factors should be an automatic UK261 like with LCCs - I had to fight BA 4 times in a year on 261 claims).
