I hope you will have a great last few days in Thailand! Do share what you end up doing once you figure it out

Thanks. I didn’t want to stress out or die in the heat so I didn’t go to Ayutthaya.
Instead I did some research on Thai Buddhism / Meditation and took a Grab to Wat Mahathat by the river for a free 3 hour Insight Meditation class. Took the river boat and BTS back to my hotel.
It was me and only 4 other people in the class, and the Wat was nearly empty except for what appeared to be some locals—didn’t see any westerners there aside from the people in my class. Also very serene and I saw / heard chanting for the first time—now that’s my kind of travel experience. Probably my favorite thing I’ve done in Bangkok—I’d recommend it.
Don’t know what I’m doing tomorrow, but it’s my last day and I should probably stick to Bangkok. Maybe Chinatown as a stop off the river boat and/or more stops along the river, though I’m not sure what I’ve missed.
One square temple there had golden buddhas along every wall—a bit like Wat Pho but in my opinion much better and I had the place to myself.
