I found the email to be rude and threatening - raise a complaint in a polite manner, explaining what happened and what you believe you should get for the inconvenience of the issue.

point 1 - not a complaint but a query on points
point 2 - yes annoying but unless you have your facts correct just comes across as entitled
point 3 - a serious allegation against an employee with no evidence to support it!
