That SD lounge is a mad house and the food sucks, there's a fountain soda and below average salad bar.
I think maybe just your standards are wayyyyy too high, at least for Hyatt within the US. The vast majority of lounges in the US closed due to Covid and never reopened, a few reopened then closed again. Manchester is way better than Waikiki I definitely wouldn’t even consider a salad bar to be a part of a lounge for me.

US lounges from my experience have -

Breakfast (usually a changing type each day along with pastries, yogurt, coffee, juice), afternoon non-alcoholic drinks then chips/snacks and evening appetizers.

Nothing more than that. I understand Asia Hyatts have much better lounges, but within the US I’d say Manchester is the best currently open.

Lounges worldwide are going to be severely impacted and likely shown more signs of strain through February 2025. This is due to the amount of Club Awards introduced into circulation with the new transferability AND the amount of 20 night Globalists from the 3 challenges offered in 2023. I would definitely take these factors into account before judging any lounge.

Also, if you think those are bad look up the lounge at HR Tulsa it’s just cookies and drinks that’s all.
