I'd just add that the complaint 3 is utterly spurious, and the suggestion of issues due to "skin tone" seems out of place. Your girlfriend wasn't queried in any case.

In reality:
  1. Something about your passport flagged up
  2. A manager checked it and noted a "potential" problem
  3. On investigation there was no problem
Very much in the day to day experience of a traveller. Suggesting BA compensate you for stress (not to mention imputing some sort of racial aggravation based on who you were travelling with) is frankly ridiculous.

The other two points have well defined resolution routes. Email is not one of them. If you go through the correct routes - possibly two distinct claims, that's how I'd have done it - you'll get an incident number and eventually a response. I'd say you might get 5k avios for the seats each, the TPs and double TPs will credit eventually, and you'll save yourself a lot of annoyance. If you're not flying BA again I guess the TPs are pretty pointless anyway.

Despite having access to the GGL priority email, I always use the forms. Which answers your original question about how to get attention. I fear the emails don't even get read.
