Morning! I was using the Thai air app today to load up my bookings. My one that I booked with Thai air loaded no problem. I then tried my one that was booked originally with Thai smile. I have an email from Thai air stating the change of carrier with the ticket numbers and booking ref but that Thai air app isn’t recognising them 😬😬 I can’t seem to access their website as it keeps displaying a 503 error message 🤷🏻♀️ does anyone have any advice or a contact email?! Thank you
I don't think is anything to worry about, I had a THAI Smile flight in January that saw a flurry of emails and about flights cancelled and then being a THAI flight number but operated by Smile etc etc. It never showed up on my THAI app, but everything worked just fine on the day.
Have you tried the THAI Smile website?
