Has anyone applied for a charge back for a transaction on their M&M CC? The only way is via filling out the form and emailing it back? Does DKB tend to be pro-merchant or customer (i.e. do charge back requests tend to be successful or denied?). I am having an issue with an online merchant from whom I ordered gift cards as birthday presents. After 4 weeks nothing still has been received and the merchant is saying that the gift cards have been shipped (according to their system) and that there is nothing they can further do. They are denying my request for a refund as they say it is not on their end but rather on the deliver service (Deutsche Post). Would people recommend that I initiate a charge back or it would be futile with the money never to be seen again?
