Reason I ask is, like you, I have 3 DPs. One received a full reversal, and two a seemingly nice points cash out as the 35% also stuck. The one difference is the travel dates of the latter two trips are in the future.
The trip that was completely reversed was originally scheduled for 5/7 and it was reversed in March which is well ahead of that. It's possible that your future trips may still be reversed but it may just as well not be.
I can't say if date of travel affects reversal or not; honestly don't know what exactly does because I personally only have 2 DPs, one from myself and the other from my dad which in that case it was an airline cancelation rather than self canceled.
