I'm a bit of a newbie at mileage runs, so please ignore me if this is not a well-defined question.

Departure Airport: SIN/TPE/HKG/ICN/HND/NRT (I fly out of all these quite frequently) but also YVR/YYZ (since I have family there)
Miles (PQF/PQP/BIS, choose one) Needed: BIS (as many as possible)
Maximum Budget: $5k-$10k
Available Travel Dates: undetermined
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay: Preference for SQ but anything Star Alliance is fine
Route(s) You've Already Searched: I am a little lost, sorry.

I am pretty impressed with everyone's trans-Pacific/Atlantic mileage runs, but I was curious:

1. Are there any intra-Asia ones that are good CPM (I am trying to minimize timezone changes if possible)?
2. If not, it sounds like Asia <-> SFO/YYZ/NYC has the best CPMs right? What else should I consider?
