Well, it happened a second time...my TSA PreCheck didn't show on the boarding pass on a one-way ATL-LAS non-stop.

As I found out the last time that happened, if that happens you're hosed with TSA. Because in ATL they can use just the IDs and don't even look at the boarding pass most of the time I thought maybe that computer would pick it up, but nope. They'll send you to the other line (though an exceptionally helpful agent walked me over there and put me at the front).
I still prefer the printed boarding pass but also tried this time pulling it up on the cellphone via the Frontier app. Nope, not on that one either. You could try to take it up with the check-in agents, but that takes time you might not have, they could try to charge you for "agent assistance", there's usually a line, and I wasn't so sure they could resolve the problem, anyway.
There haven't been any changes on my end to explain it...the KTN was last renewed in late 2022 for another five years and with all other airlines that have it - and maybe 85-90% of the time with Frontier - it appears on the boarding pass like it should. On the LAS-ATL return, for example, it printed out correctly.
There are complaints, and there are bitter complaints. This is a bitter complaint. In an airport like ATL prone to passenger surges and bad security delays, being able to use the PreCheck line can be the difference between making and missing the flight. I've been on flights that were supposed to be full or near full that 10 or 20 people missed because of delays at security. Thankfully I was still able to get through (though a bag jamming the machine delayed everyone on the belt for more than 10 minutes.

) because it was a Tuesday in April rather than a Sunday in July.
I assume this is another of the IT problems, but they really need to get it fixed. Especially as it'll fall disproportionately on their
best customers.
