Here are some details of my flight to London on the 25th.
In summary, the flight was full probably due to a recent downgauge from 781 to 789. A little bit of fanfare due to balloons but most passengers had no idea. Flight crew were late in arriving, which delayed departure. Little nonspecific trinkets were handed out,most likely cleaning out a drawer in the airport marketing department. I almost wondered if there had been catering issues,as meal service was delayed in WTP ...
