Okay so I don't recommend this at all. Here's a brief summary:

- With the help of a Korean friend, I found the service provider at the airport here: https://travelday.kr/service/protocolService
- I paid 570,082 KRW for the VIP Meet & Greet service.
- They said they "forgot" to send a confirmation email, and I only found out about this since I got a friend in Korea to call them for me (in Korean) when the trip was a few days out and I still didn't receive any emails.
- They picked me up from the gate as is usual.
- They walked me over to the normal line, and I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to go through immigration. I even asked them why I cannot use the fast lane and that I thought this was the whole point of the service. And they said that no, they cannot.
- They had a porter grab my luggage for me, and he walked me over to my cab.

I later found out that it's a government thing that they don't allow paying for fast track through immigration in Korea.

This was a huge waste of money IMO and the service was poor at best. I warn ANYONE considering VIP meet & greet services in Korea to just skip it. You basically have to fly in on a private jet or else you won't get an experience much better than everyone else.

In contrast, I ordered the VIP Terminal service at TSA (Taipei, Taiwan) a week afterwards and it cost $368 USD, but they actually drove you to a separate VIP terminal and had an immigration official waiting for you and everything while you drink green tea and eat ice cream. Absolutely polar opposite experience when compared to the Korea situation.
