I did a very similar trip to what the OP is describing, however it was before the Ritz was completed. We rented a house, and it was top notch...this place is NOT geared toward seniors. The golf is some of the best you'll play, however there is NOTHING outside the resort. A group of 4 buddies went last year and stayed at the ritz and described it as someplace I'd go back with my wife, but not with 3 other guys...as long as your OK being resort trapped, this place is spectacular!
