I wish they would just make the burger available on all dinner flights rather than trying to go for something fancier that the catering budget clearly does not allow for.
I expect that most items for offer, when prepared to specs (both in the catering kitchen and then restored to life on the plane) should be decent, edible products (no, not accounting for "I don't like this, or I don't eat that"). But as we know, many things go wrong somewhere enroute, from catering gone awry to flight attendant not doing his/her job properly, to the galley oven not performing to specs.
Glad that AS has some creative options onboard. Some are hits, and some are misses. And some scare your utensils to spontaneously bend!
