I am considering this card, but like others I want to be sure I can use it outside of actual rent payments as I do not rent. However, I do have sizable condo fees. They are assessed biannually.
I am not sure if they can be broken down monthly and I will inquire. But if I did have to pay them twice a year if I’m able to do so via ACH transfer with these qualify? Or would they be flagged because they would only be twice a year and sizable? I am aware I would have to make additional transactions per month to earn the points. I just don’t want to waste a credit card slot for one that may not work for me.
Via the chat and a direct call, I was told HOA fees do not qualify, but there seems to be a workaround with the ACH transfer(?)
