Weather: A cloudy and wet start, as a band of rain and drizzle gradually clears northwards. Turning drier, with low cloud clearing, into midday. The odd bright or sunny spell for a time here, these bringing a risk of isolated showers, heavy at times with a Low risk of CB in the south LTMA from mid-afternoon, an area of persistent and at times heavy rain moves in, accompanied by low cloud, for the rest of the day. A Low risk of embedded CB here. Light to gentle NE'lies, with a low risk of 25-30KT gusts associated with the heavy rain from 1800Z. Low cloud currently expected to remain above VIS2 limits.
