The lounge is really not great by Hyatt standards, especially as lounge in Asia tend to be super great. The offer is the same each and every night (cheese, crackers, bread, smoked salmon, mini burgers and hot dogs with inedible fries, noodles, sometimes pasta, some fruits for desserts). Staff is unhelpful and doesn’t speak a single word of English + won’t make any efforts unlike other places in China.
Now the view is very impressive so it can be worth to give it a try depending on what they value most, but you would be better off booking Caption or Andaz at a lower cost with a nicer location and having dinner in a fancy restaurant with a great view on the Bund (Peninsula, W Hotel, etc).
