this is an incredible data point but I think an exception. I fly around 70 or so individual legs per year on average so call it 5 or 6 a month, and every other month at least 1 is IRROPs, somehow, again, on average. Bag missing. IFE broken. Crew timed out. Maintenance. I get around 5-10% of my flights interrupted somehow.
