All Plus ibis - 15% discount not avaliable on some dates / locations?
Hi all
I have the All Plus ibis card, and honestly this thing is a scam. Tried to book the ibis Christchurch for 27/06/2024 for 1 night, and my All Plus ibis discount is not showing on the website, only the 5% regular All discount. I have tried other locations and the discount appears fine.

Called customer service, absolutely hopeless. All they can say is "Sorry, but these are the only rates offered for this hotel." When I ask about the All Plus ibis membership that I paid 159 EUR for, they just repeat the line, sorry we do not see an All Plus ibis rate for this hotel.

Does anyone else here have the membership and can try do a dummy booking to confirm if it's just me?
