To confirm both were available but my slightly rude flight attendant basically said I can have one or the other. I just asked for the breakfast smoothie anyway and the full lunch 3-4 hours later. She wasn’t interested in providing much service or offering anything throughout the flight but I ordered drinks when I felt like it.
