That's why it's always a good idea to take a screenshot of the page confirming your claim has been submitted, with the submission section expanded so you can remember (and later prove to CEDR, if necessary) what you claimed for.
In the perhaps likely event you didn't have the 20:20 foresight to do this, a second-best option (which might suffice for CEDR purposes) would be to submit a screenshot of your browser history if it shows sufficient detail to make clear that you did indeed submit a claim.
Thank you. I did take a screenshot of the entire claim and confirmation of submission just in case. I've now found the new BA case tracker for claims starting with a 0 and it's showing as received so all good :-)
