Chase says contact IHG.10 days after filling out the missing points form with not even a confirmation I called. I got cut off and didn’t get a call back. Second call they said they have no indication of my missing points form. They supplied a reference number and said I should get a response in 3-4 business days or call again. Oddly in the meantime I got my usual monthly points from the Select card but still no rebate. Maybe “make the customer beg for their points” should be their new slogan.
