I just re-booked 3 tickets to TYO to catch a significant ($800- per ticket) price drop. I couldn't do it online but, using the app, I didn't even have to change to a different flight, I just re-booked the exact same flights and applied the FFCs. Quick and easy. Something has changed since the last time I tried this.
