I'm starting to think giftcards.com isn't worth it. I ordered an e-card, got the email, went to redeem, and they "can't retrieve my card". So I call the number on the error page and all they do is take a bunch of information (the same info on the error page) and "escalate" it. Why not just do that to begin with? Why did I have to be involved at all? How stupid and inefficient.
