Unless something has changed since I left the Jackson Hole area in 2019, there's no chance of WN adding JAC unless either WN buys Airbus/RJs or Boeing reduce the minimum take-off distance for a 737. The problem (as it was explained to me) is that the combination of the high altitude and short runway means that a fully loaded 737 can't safely take off.
