So bag has gone missing although I know its sitting at AMS. Still there. There have been 15 flights to Madrid since I reported it missing. Delta and KLM could NOT care less. They say its Iberias problem now. Iberia is like your bad didn't even fly on our airline! Thoughts on getting someone to care?
