The Plaza Premium lounge (which is always crowded when I was there in the past) now has a dedicated area for SQ pax. The tables have SQ placemats etc., There is also a hot and cold buffet in this area too. Drinks and bar is still in the main part of the lounge.
Front desk agent escorted me to the SQ area and the person manning SQ check-in desk told us that SQ J pax use the "First" section.
