Hi There!
Yesterday I got something similar. I was purchasing a flight to the USA and after doing the payment (using a bank transfer) the page went back to where it was giving an error without proceeding to the step 3 - confirmation.
The money was taken from the bank (I got the bank receipt), but no email or anything from Delta.
I tried calling Delta, but it was unable to conclude, or to have the guarantee to have my money back.
Can someone help with some kind of information?
