recently joined the forum but have found it an extremely valuable resource in the past thank you.
I have a question on the use of a companion voucher so I hope this is the correct place to ask.
Recently I called up to book the outbound at midnight as you do.. this seems to have ticketed ok. I can see the booking in MMB, I have a 125- ticket number and the taxes and fees have been charged to my Amex card.
The peculiar part is that I can’t see the voucher having been used nor any Avios deductions from my account, I was hoping to sort all of this before I call up again to book the return leg and wondered if anyone had experienced this previously and if so the best way to resolve it?
