Just watched a few review videos of Rio from Q3 2023 apparently rooms were going for $8-$10 per night (before resort fee). Since the Hyatt partnership they’ve gone up about 300-500%.

That’s just bizarre to me, especially the $100-$150 weekend rates year round now too. I get it that some weekends will be busy due to conventions or events, but based on their pricing calendar it’s pretty much every weekend going forward. It’s not a huge deal, just pointing out the massive change from $8-$10 rates before WOH participation.
