Unable to change seat after check-in
Checked-in online, received "conformation" passes.
  • When I go to "Modify seat", it opens seat map and message "you can modify seat at check in".
  • There is no "Check in" option any more after I checked-in (web or app).
  • There is also no option to cancel check-in so I could try again.

Did I miss anything? Hard to believe that I need to call or do it at the airport.
