I just called Hyatt to add a WOH number to the three rooms I reserved. I had put it in the Costco comments box and the reservation was not showing on my app 24 hours later. They added the WOH number to the room I was occupying and it immediately showed up on the Hyatt app. They refused to add my number to the other two reservations saying although I could get points on three rooms I was paying for when booked directly, I could only add the number to one 3rd party booking. Even though I booked Costco at the same rate to get the $545 gift card and $123 Executive credit, the double point promotion will give me 60K points per room. Costco deal looked better if I would get 30K points but maybe not if I get no points.
