Flyertalk, does anyone know about this program from United: https://us.hotels.united.com/lp/b/vipaccess?

It shows this, but when I contacted the property they acted like they had never heard of it and couldn't say what the perks were. It is an all inclusive in Cancun, so not sure what it might mean. Does anyone know?
