The property is nice, but very isolated. All rooms are suites, obviously paying more gets you a larger one, even with status you won’t get an upgrade though. There’s a golf course on property, several pools with one adults only pool, each room contains a kitchen and living room too.

What aspect wasn't worth the 15K? I am just wondering because HP Waikiki, Glendale are 15 K and are... HPs haha, so my level of expectations at 15K is pretty low.
I am having an issue using my FNA, there are points bookings available, but for some reason when I try to use my FNA, it says the rate is not available? I even used WOH chat to ask them to apply my cert to my existing points reservation and they said that there were no rooms showing for FNA.
