I had to relocate last year due to my wife's health so I have not flown internaitonal for 10 months.
My flawed memory is that since DL "verified" my passport in my profile that I could get an eBP for most international trips. However, even then I might need to go to the gate agent for a "docs okay" approval for certain destinations either at my departure from OKC or connecting at ATL.
If I have to wait until the T-24 check-in process on my iPhone then I will fail again since the only successful scan was on my iPad.
