Since there is a certain amount of complaining about trivial/first world problems here, I will indulge in it too and note that J only got the (incredibly bad) in ear headphones, not the over the ever (not great but not terrible) headphones that are usually provided in J. Are headphones also provided by the catering crew? Or is this just another snafu? (This was a 330 YYZ-YYC with lie down pods, so it should be "Signature Service".)
