Sirenuse ≡ Times Square? I mean, it's not on the beach, but we found it to be an extremely discreet, refined and relaxing property.
While I didn't stay at Borgo Santandrea, I went for a tour and drinks right around when it opened while staying at Avino in May 2022. It was stunning, to be honest, and it's been on my list since the moment we walked through it. I'll say it commands pretty hefty prices, even for the area (and also lots of stairs...fine with me but I know not everyone here agrees!). But I would love to go one day.
And totally agreed re: Le Sirenuse. My partner and I stayed in Aug 2018 and, even during high season, found it to be lovely and a welcome respite from the excitement of Positano (we were in our late 20s, at the time, so excitement in town was welcome, as was the ability to lay in the quiet shade by the pool and come back to life

lol). Though we were young, there were folks of all ages staying there.
