ROA-CLT is operated with mostly ER4's with no first class cabin. I'm guessing the schedule/equipment changed from a CR7 with first class to a ER4 without first class, which triggered the automatic rebooking in Y for that segment and slight refund.
I’m not sure what the original ROA-CLT equipment was, but the new equipment is listed as RJ145.
No real loss on that super short flight, that’s for sure.
