Rome to Venice - Fly or Train with limited vacation time
A direct train from Rome to Venice is 4 hours and a cheap flight on ITA is only 1 hour but of course have to factor in airport security time. We are only doing 2 days in Rome and 2 days in Venice - With limited time in each city, would it be better to fly to Venice or take the train?

What is the security procedure like to take the train?
