Pricing was the reason Hyatt-SLH failed: Hyatt prices were often higher than SLH and higher still than booking direct. I personally do not expect a different arrangement between Hilton-SLH than Hyatt-SLH but I would be very happy if I am wrong.

If I am not wrong, I still not book SLH hotels for cash on Hilton's website any more than I did on Hyatt's website, which is close to never.
