I posted on another thread about my legacy FlexPerks® Travel Rewards Visa Signature® Card. This is under the program where points expire in 5 years. I have an $8K trip booked this summer using all flexpoints to pay for it. I still have a little under $2K in points in my my flexpoints account that I had planned to use this summer, as well. However, due to a medical procedure that I am going to need, travel may not be an option this summer.
I truly do not want to lose $10K in flexpoints by having them expire and was wondering if I open an Altitude Reserve card can I transfer all of the flexpoints to the Altitude Reserve account to preserve them beyond the five years?
