It's the best-located top-end Marriott hotel in Jakarta -- by a lot -- with only 62-rooms, giving an almost boutique feel. The hotel portion occupies just a few floors of the building, more of it given over to The Residences apartments, which is bookable on Marriott.com/app but doesn't participate in Bonvoy. The Club Lounge access for all in-house hotel guests is the kicker here, especially in a city where Western food and alcohol are not cheap. By comparison, Club-inclusive rates at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan (sorry to say, the "lesser" of the city's two RCs) are in the IDR 4 million (197 GBP) range. I actually like that RC more than some do, but 45 quid more for a night at RC PacPlace? It's not even a question...
Quite a few DPs on Titaniums getting upgraded upthread. There's no doubt elites are treated well here.
