AC doesn't need to assign any seats like that. Amadeus CM can do what are called theoretical seat assignments where the seat is pre-allocated to you and stays that way unless someone else chooses that seat (if made available to them) and then reshuffles seats around. But the seat is not actually assigned. Only once you are accepted does it lock in. So you can be allocated 63E when you open OLCI and it will stay 63E each time you open OLCI (until you actually finish the process) unless someone else chooses or is assigned 63E and then you will be reshuffled.
