Quite a lot of cancellations thanks to industrial action over France. The strike has been called off but airlines including BA had scrubbed the services and from the ATC report below there is nevertheless reduced capacity over France today. Other airlines such as AF and IB have also cut services. Either way the following will be INDN.
A family friend was booked on BOD-LGW today. She was told yesterday that her Thursday flight was cancelled so she got rebooked to last night's flight (Wednesday). The Thursday flight seems to be back on. I'm wondering what it means in relations with EU/UK261. She slept on our sofa last night so there's no duty of care expenses but she did get involuntarily rebooked from a flight that is actually going ahead. Am I correct in thinking that there's a claim here?
