Same terms are available from NetBank. Most relevant: no ATM fees but AFAIK no rebates. A big plus: You can electronically transfer funds (ACH) from your main non-NetBank account to your NetBank checking account(s) thus limiting your exposure in case of loss, theft or fraud. Having said that, your exposure on credit card loss/theft/fraud is generally $0 anyway and typically $500 or less on ATM/debit cards, so there are already built-in safeguards.
