Has anyone stayed at this property? My wife and I are spending two nights in Hakone next March. Looking for something luxurious but at a more reasonable price point than Gora Karan with private onsen. I know the Hoshino Kai resorts aren’t exactly ryokan, but this seemed to strike a nice balance of what we’re looking for.

Not a ryokan at all, but price-wise, Hyatt is really great.
You’ll still have Japanese service/food and onsen because it’s in Japan and also other comforts if you’re a first-timer.
